Past Energetic Release

The shore laps up against my feet as the guls circle up high above, calling to each other.
A broken memory surfaces as a wave breaks, jogging my thoughts into the past thoughts where the memory happened.
I choose not to acknowledge it forcing it deep back into my memory, but as the tide continues to draw nearer so does the returning emotion.
I gaze up relaxing my eyes and drawing the memory to filter into my reality.
I begin to hear and see the people as they unfold in the clouds like a recreating video tape up in the sky.
Fear creeps in and tightens my throat causing my breath to become shallow as the images are played back.
I pull back my energy and release the fear and open my heart so I can truly see the effect that this now past episode has been retelling its tale through out my daily life.
Light shines like a beacon through the clouds, higher hands showing me the path to how I have with drawn energy from my now being and lost it to the past.
A  feeling of sudden harmony and gentle angelic peace over comes me as I feel the release of this energy that no longer holds me imprisoned in the tape of time lost.
I slump back onto the sand gasping with laughter and wiping the tears from my eyes as this new found self acceptance over comes me.

There is a gentle art to self realization and past energetic release that by allowing yourself  the time, space, and love to open up to will bring a truly amazing feeling of abundance and self worth in this exact space and moment....within the now.
