As I lazily lay back watching the sun dapple through the rich green leaves.
I'm surrounded by a carpet of rich flora, a multicolored wild abundance of natures beauty. I watch as dandelion clock seeds and butterflies float past driven by the tide of the gentle breeze.
With the sunshine brings an up lift in peoples souls as I listen to gardens full of laughter and joy. Warmth brings union and a passion of togetherness as people converse and share food and spirit.
I curl my toes up in the grass enjoying the feeling of the grounding earth supporting and nourishing my energy.
The sunshine slowly creeps across my arm reminding me that time is always shifting forward, a daily cycle of rebirth.
I close my eyes and consciously become aware of the feeling the suns solar rays have on my arm, breathing deep to absorb its energy around my body.
