I was recently speaking to someone who said that they were not given the space to think 'Im enjoy the learning but I don't feel I am given the stillness and space to create thought and process information during the sessions and after'.
Personal space is so very important as it gives you the room to expand and learning comes from allowing.
Spiritual growth needs light and space like a plant, if its being surrounded in shadow or too close to other plants it will not be given the space to develop or the light it needs to grow towards.
This is not to say we can't develop and grow around like minded others, as our lives are very busy with family, friends and work colleges.
What is being asked is to create a small space to honor yourself, to allow your mind, body and spirit a symbolic space that represents your growth and development.
By bringing in repetitive practice and a recognizable space, our minds and self will become more aware when we are in that space, that moments of focus, growth, and stillness are about to begin.
You also need to create space in your mind and busy schedule for mindful practices, its all well having a sacred space if you can't find the time to use it.
The art of 'being' and working with the stillness within yourself is a mastery of time management and dedication to practice.
Time away from computers, technology and other people and connecting with your higher self and all that is will bring greater understanding to your life journey, answers to questions and decisions, and a greater conscious awareness of energetic changes and shifts both around you and within.
Life is a beautiful harmonious balance, an orchestra of opportunities and by creating this sacred personal space
for your whole self you will unlock and access so much more around you and with.
