If i close my eyes and expand my awareness I can hear he sea, taste its salty air on the back of my throat and feel the sand between my toes.
I can fly with the wind, feel it moving over the mountains, the cold snowy air chilling my skin.
If I reach out I can touch the flowers moving softy in the valleys, hear the bees dancing from one flower to another.
I can can see the clouds move over ancient skies, whispering thier words of forgotten tales.
If I listen to my heart I can hear it beat as one with all and everything, the universe as a whole.
